JPB Capital Partners primary investment strategy includes:

• Acquisitions of privately-held companies and non-core subsidiaries of larger companies; and,
• Investments in companies requiring recapitalization or growth capital.

JPB Capital Partners typically makes its investments through controlling or strategic minority positions in profitable companies/non-core subsidiaries with annual revenues between $10 million and $100 million competing in industries where the Fund Managers have direct operating or investment experience.

For each portfolio company, JPB Capital Partners intends to invest an aggregate $5 million to $15 million, with a targeted holding period generally ranging from three to seven years; and, the goal of earning an annual internal rate of return ("IRR") in excess of 30%.
